Lisa

Treatment Coordinator

Hello! It’s a pleasure to welcome you to Cassidy Orthodontics. I’m a certified orthodontic assistant and have been part of the team since 2000. I’ll walk you through your new patient exam, including initial records and explaining how treatment works. I’m also the person who will handle billing your insurance company, to make sure you get the most from your benefits. I’m a people person and love making new friends. It’s a great feeling to see patients move through treatment and finish with beautiful smiles!

I’ve lived in the area my whole life. I share my life with my cat, Pumpkin, who keeps me on my toes. Time with my family, especially my two beautiful nieces and handsome new nephew, is important to me. I also like rustic crafts, reading, and watching our New England sports teams.

Sheila

Orthodontic Assistant

Hi and welcome to Cassidy Orthodontics! I’m looking forward to learning who you are and helping you achieve a smile you love. I’ve been with the practice since 1994 and am a certified orthodontic assistant. During my time here, I’ve met so many wonderful people and developed great friendships with them. I assist Dr. Cassidy during procedures. I also work in our on-site lab, making retainers and mouthguards, and at the front desk. My favorite part of my job is the happiness on patients’ faces when they see their new smile and all they’ve accomplished!

I’m married and have two daughters, a son-in-law, and two granddaughters. I love time with my family! Other interests include cooking, taking pictures, some crafts, and playing games.

Joy

Orthodontic Assistant

Hi! I’m one of the people who will help you during your visits. I love talking with people: learning about their lives and what they like to do in their spare time. Most of our patients feel like members of my own family, and I am so happy to help them achieve their best smile! I’ve been with Cassidy Orthodontics since 2009 and am a certified orthodontic assistant. I help the doctor and work in the on-site lab making retainers, bleach trays, and mouthguards, and in the front, too. I also do the iTero® scans for our Invisalign® patients.

I have been married to my husband, Greg, for 6 years and have two wonderful boys: Brandon and Owen. We have two dogs, Abby, who is 9, and Bailey who just joined the family as a puppy! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

Kelsey

Receptionist

I have recently returned to Presque Isle after earning my Bachelor’s degree from Husson University.  I have a passion for dance as I have been taking lessons for 18 years.  I have also been an instructor for 5 years at MoonDance Studios in Presque Isle.  Spending time with my family and friends is important to me!

Sandy

Orthodontic Assistant and Lab Technician

Hello! I’m looking forward to learning about your life and interests while helping you achieve a lifetime of beautiful and healthy smiles! I’ve been at Cassidy Orthodontics since 2001 and am a certified orthodontic assistant. I offer chairside assistance; I help Dr. Cassidy while supporting you. I also take X-rays and photos and work in the lab, to make retainers and mouthguards and trim models. It’s rewarding to help people love their smile. The best moments are showing patients their “before” and “after” photos ... they can’t stop smiling!

I’ve been married to Pat for more than 35 years. We have three grown daughters: Brandi, Lindsae, and Lacie. We also have three adorable grandbabies — Bryce, Kaydence, and Ethan — and we’ve adopted two rescue dogs who’ve stolen our hearts, as well! In my spare time I love hanging out with my family and making primitive crafts.
